The 6 standard apartments each have 45 square meters of floor space, one separate bedroom, and a convertible sofa in the living-room which makes the third accommodation.
The 4 family apartments each have 85 square meters of floor space, two separate bedrooms, and a convertible sofa in the living-room which makes the fifth accommodation.

All have living-rooms with attached kitchenettes, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, alarm clock, bathroom with WC, and balcony or terrace with views of the mountains and the sea.
The 4 family apartments furthermore have additional air conditioning units in each bedroom. They can be used against a fee.
Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
